14-day guarantee on paid plans
If you purchase a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge, for any reason, as long as usage stays within normal evaluation limits.
How to request
Send the email address used at checkout and the transaction date through the contact route on the Developers page. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time
Refunds are approved within 3 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Renewals after the first 14 days and accounts suspended for abuse of the acceptable-use terms are not eligible.
